Personalized With a student to staff ratio of 12:1, Bowers Academy can provide individual attention, supervision, and potential mentoring experiences. Personalized attention allows the faculty to assist students in following their own developmental path, balancing the needs to challenge students without overwhelming them. Engaging Students can enroll in Bowers Academy from one semester to three years, selecting from engaging, innovative class offerings that meet the State of Michigan Standards and Benchmarks. We emphasize hands-on learning and provide a customized education that engages students in productive classroom work. Academic credit is earned through classroom performance, engagement in enrichment activities, and adherence to our student code of conduct. Students have the opportunity to graduate from Bloomfield Hills Schools with 22 credits; graduates with 24 credits will earn a diploma from their home school. Successful
